Anna Gahlenbeck is a German fashion designer whose work explores the intersection of traditional craftsmanship, contemporary fashion, and data-driven decision making. Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, and coming from a Jewish background, her aesthetic vision is influenced by cultural heritage, precision in construction, and the intention to preserve traditional techniques while adapting them to the demands of modern fashion.

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design at ArtEZ University of the Arts in the Netherlands, where her work focused on material research, tailoring, and the development of commercially viable high-end garments. In 2024, she completed an internship at the Stockholm-based fashion brand Rave Review, gaining experience in collection development, production coordination, and sustainable design practices.

In 2025, she was awarded the Dutch Startervoucher grant for the development of an independent fashion project, supporting the creation of a business model that combines craftsmanship, sustainability, and strategic brand positioning.

In September 2026, she will begin a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing & Media at the Katz School of Science and Health in New York. Her current work focuses on bridging fashion with marketing analytics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision making, with the aim of developing new approaches to brand strategy, consumer research, and creative direction in the fashion industry.

This website serves as both a design portfolio and a research platform documenting projects in fashion, market analysis, and digital media.
